JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties including but not limited to, food prep, catering prep and hot lunch food prep. Kitchen cleaning duties required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in food industry and kitchen production imperative
• Knowledge of GMP’s, HACCP and health and safety an asset
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written

• Work directly with the head chef and kitchen production members
• Cooking and preparation of our fresh pasta by following our famous recipes
• Food prep for catering’s and Hot table
• Working in warm environment
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing of work station
