North Bay Apparel, a vibrant, established 30+ year outerwear company with a stellar reputation, seeks an experienced & enthusiastic Production Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a team player, work with cross-gender categories, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: * Track & follow up on all orders with daily correspondence with factories * Set up style & Purchase Orders in AMT * Prepare costing and selling prices, and submit for management review * Generate Cost Sheets * Generate UPC stickers, carton stickers, ticket layouts, carton marketing, care label layouts, polybag stickers, packing & folding, hangtag & call out stickers placements * Filing & checking test reports for fiber content, care instructions, and all applicable special attribute testing, including full UL testing * Follow up with weekly WIPS * Generate input sheets with UPC, CAD, carton/item dimensions & all customer requirements * Informing relevant order information to factories per customer requirements * Relay all information from factories to each salesperson responsible for the account * Maintain and update weekly master sheets and shipping trackers * Review shipping docs and pass to the Import Team * Review and approve overseas invoices and shipping documents * Back up for reception relief (approximately two hours per month) Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or similar * 3+ years of experience in apparel production * Understanding of garment construction and production processes * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Strong communication skills to work effectively across teams Required Skills: * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach * Adaptability to switch between different directions * Creative problem solving abilities Benefits: * 5 PSST days, 10 Vacation Days * Company holidays include closures between Christmas and New Year’s * Hybrid schedule: 9 am to 5:30 pm On-site Monday to Thursday, Remote Friday * 401(K) with a $1,000 company match & profit sharing (eligible after 1 year) * Discretionary annual bonus in December * Business casual work environment
