Description

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in food or bakery manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of food production and packaging machinery.
Familiarity with food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, CFIA).
It will be a differentiator in your evaluation if you also have Forklift license or experience operating powered industrial trucks (pallet jack, counterbalance).
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Intermediate computer skills (Excel, ERP systems, production logs).
