Description

About the Role:
We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts organised and creative — someone who can help keep our productions on track and contribute to the development of brilliant ideas.
As Production Coordinator / Creative Assistant, you’ll support our core team across projects — from shoot prep and logistics to research, development, and creative brainstorming. It’s a hands-on, fast-moving role for someone who thrives in both spreadsheets and storyboards, and wants to grow in the world of premium factual media.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support producers and directors in day-to-day production coordination: call sheets, kit, schedules, logistics
  • Manage releases, shoot paperwork, and asset organisation
  • Assist with story research, pitch decks, and visual references for new projects
  • Help prep shoots, source contributors, and liaise with institutions or locations
  • Sit in on creative brainstorms, contribute ideas, track actions
  • Jump in wherever needed — this is a studio with big ambition and a small, agile team

What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years experience in factual TV, branded content, or creative production
  • Strong organisational skills and a calm, proactive mindset under pressure
  • Confident communicator — written, spoken, and on email with external stakeholders
  • Interest in science, culture, and global storytelling
  • A genuine desire to learn and grow within a mission-led creative studio

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience managing travel, visas, or international shoots
  • Basic editing or design skills (Premiere, Canva, Google Slides etc.)
  • Previous exposure to research institutions or public engagement projects

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,336.00-£32,023.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Yearly bonus

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
Reference ID: CA
