POSITION SUMMARY:

This is a permanent opportunity with one of our customers in Springfield, Ohio.
We are seeking a professional and highly organized Production Coordinator to take ownership of new and ongoing projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting daily deadlines. The Coordinator will provide hands-on leadership, ensuring associates are operating safely and efficiently. Daily responsibilities include verifying that all fixtures are functioning properly and supporting overall production flow.

• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with team members
• Demonstrated dependability and strong attendance record
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Certified or demonstrated safe forklift operation skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $22.46 - $27.04 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
