Location: Eunos
Working Hours: 5.5 days/week (Mon–Sat). Occasional night work may be required based on project delivery schedules.
Salary: $3,000 – $3,800/month

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to manage and oversee production workflows in our furniture manufacturing operations. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of quality products.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in a production or planning role, preferably in the furniture/woodworking industry
  • Knowledge of carpentry, upholstery, or metalwork production processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Willing to work nights when required (e.g., supervising on-site delivery)
Responsibilities
  • Production Scheduling: Plan and coordinate timelines based on order priorities and resource availability.
  • Order Management: Monitor job progress and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Material Coordination: Collaborate with procurement to secure materials (e.g., wood, hardware, fabric).
  • Team Coordination: Work with supervisors, carpenters, and other production staff to align work plans.
  • Quality Assurance: Support quality checks to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, materials usage, and delivery schedules.
  • Issue Resolution: Address delays, shortages, or quality concerns proactively.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure safety practices are followed during operations.
