QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

· High School or bachelor’s degree in any field

  • Prior experience working as a production coordinator in a manufacturing industry (Food or Pharmaceutical), preferred but not essential

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

· Good analytical and problem-solving skill
· Strong organizational and time-management skill
· Able to cope with physical demands on job

Responsibilities

· Provide timely communications to other departments as assigned.
· Work safely and monitor/report individuals to follow PPE. Record any safety issue.
· Responsible for maintaining and balancing the inbound and outbound process of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure daily production needs are met
· Assist communication between management and operators.
· Ensure that the requirements of the Code of Good Manufacturing Practice are observed Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
· Assist ongoing SOP training of all production staff as required and record keeping.
· Ensure that standard of Quality meets required standards.
· Printing labels as well as ensure the labelling and coding is up to the standards and look after overall quality of the product.
· Assist in performing hands on production, line, and machine operation if needed.
· Documentation’s reconciliation. Complete batch cards in timely manner.
· Daily production reports follow up and summarize.
· Assist the production manager in data analysis and prepare the weekly report for line performance.
· Coordinate between Production and Procurement team for required tools, PPE or equipment.
· Assist production team by ordering require stationary through Admin team.
· Check and ensure all components are correct to be use in production line.
· Ensure the production records are evaluated and signed by an authorized person before they are delivered to QA.
· Report and escalate the production/quality issue to the supervisor/manager.
· Act as a Support system to the Supervisor and the manager.
· Coordinate amongst different departments to make sure the required quality and quantity of materials is there before production starts.
· Other duties as directed by Supervisor and Manager.
