Specializing in residential and commercial painting, we take pride in quality workmanship, clear communication, and delivering exceptional client experiences. As we head into 2026, we’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join our growing team.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Production Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day execution of painting projects. This position works closely with our project managers, clients, and painting crews to coordinate job site logistics, ensure quality standards, and support a seamless client experience from start to finish.
This is a fast-paced, field-based role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys being on the move.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business or project coordination is an asset.
  • 1+ years of experience in project or production coordination (preferred).
  • Valid G-Class Ontario driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle with the ability to transport ladders.
  • If your vehicle doesn’t have a roof rack, we will provide one.
  • Company fuel card and allowance for oil changes provided (in lieu of mileage reimbursement).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and smartphone-based apps.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt quickly, and work independently.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the GTA (75%+ travel required)
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate painting job sites: Oversee project setup, ensure timelines and expectations are clear with painters and clients, and troubleshoot any on-site issues.
  • Quality Control: Visit job sites regularly to ensure high standards of work and client satisfaction.
  • Client Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and our team, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
  • Scheduling & Planning: Support the scheduling of crews and coordinate resources needed for production.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear records of job site progress, change orders, issues, and completion checklists.
  • Marketing/Media Content : Capture photos/videos from job sites for use in marketing.
