In this vital role, you’ll be the hub of communication and coordination, ensuring that every order, from manufacturing to delivery and installation, runs smoothly and accurately. PRODUCTION COORDINATOR, MILLWORK RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate and input detailed orders for manufacturing, delivery, and installation of millwork materials. * Review purchase orders and selections to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Enter and manage orders in RFMS, ensuring all data is timely and correct. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain workflow efficiency. * Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates to leadership. * Verify job cost data and pricing to align with builder agreements. * Investigate and resolve billing issues as needed. * Ensure all job-related information is accurately communicated across departments. PRODUCTION COORDINATOR, MILLWORK JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. * Experience with RFMS and / or millwork is a plus. * Familiarity with new home construction or residential building is helpful.
