Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Coordinator (Operations). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operational excellence within the retail, sportswear, or manufacturing industries.

Experience & Skill Required.

• 5-8 years of experience in production coordination, supply chain, or operations management, with a focus on apparel or sportswear industries.
• Experience in coordinating manufacturing schedules, production workflows, and supplier relationships.
• Understanding of production cost management, quality control, and delivery timelines.
• Familiarity with international production practices and supply chain logistics, including sourcing, transportation, and customs procedures.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to coordinate multiple production schedules and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Quick to resolve production issues, supply chain challenges, and logistical concerns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Able to communicate effectively with the design, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production processes.
• Attention to Detail: Monitoring production quality and ensuring compliance with product standards.
• Adaptability: Ability to adjust plans and processes based on shifting production demands or market conditions.
• Production Scheduling and Workflow Optimization: Experience in creating production timelines, tracking milestones, and optimizing efficiency.
• Supplier and Vendor Coordination: Expertise in managing relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Budgeting and Cost Management: Proficiency in production cost estimation, budget tracking, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Quality Control and Assurance: Knowledge of product standards, testing, and quality inspection processes.
• Proficiency in ERP and production management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or industry-specific tools).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for production planning, inventory tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com for task delegation and tracking.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluency in English is required. Arabic or other languages are a plus, depending on the region of operations.

Mobility:

• Based in the UAE, with willingness to travel for factory visits, supplier meetings, and quality inspections.
