Responsibilities

You’ll play an important part in our project management processes, coordinating with workers, suppliers, and clients to ensure every project goes off without a hitch. To succeed, you’ll need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, efficient with your time, and able to resolve problems as they arise.
As we take on new roofing projects, you’ll support our production team by developing schedules and timelines, proactively addressing potential issues, and assisting with vital permit, compliance, and insurance matters. You’ll work closely with the senior superintendent and production manager to provide daily reports, regular project updates, and repair tracking. Throughout each job, you’ll communicate with homeowners, track work progress, adjust strategies as needed to meet deadlines, and ensure all crew members comply with our quality standards and safety procedures.
