General Summary The Production Coordinator is responsible for issuing, tracking work orders, as well as approvals for ordered items. This position supports the Wholesale business for Accessories & Handbag. The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our NYC office and requires working on-site five days per week. Key Responsibilities * Plan and manages production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery of all customer order * Complete shipping information and delivery date input. * Interface with manufacturing personnel, purchasing personnel, etc. on material status and production planning issues. * Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed Specific Job Skills: Essential duties include * Solid analytical skills, * Excellent communication skills (oral and written), * Ability to work well with others, * Self-motivated, * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations Required Qualifications * Minimum of 3-5+ years in manufacturing environment * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Understanding of color and fabrications The expected base salary for this position range is $60,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
