Role Responsibilities The Production Coordinator will be responsible for developing and coordinating daily production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory requirements. This role ensures timely material availability by collaborating with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Sales, and Logistics teams. The coordinator will monitor progress, adjust schedules as needed, and maintain accurate records of output, inventory usage, and performance metrics. Requirements Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily production schedules and workflow in alignment with customer orders and inventory levels. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to accommodate delays and/or supply issues. Communicate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Sales and Logistics teams to ensuretimely availability of materials and resources. Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory usage, and process performance metrics. Assist in implementing and maintaining production planning systems (e.g., ERP/MRP). Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. Generate and distribute reports on production efficiency, output, and downtime. Access Design Prints with Production Packet Instructions to the assembly line. Key Qualifications Ability to use an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV). Ability to read reports on Customer Orders, Inventory, Production Orders and Bills of Materials. Ability to speak effectively with employees of an organization. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications - Quality background - Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred) - Intentional self-starter who takes initiative and proactively seeks out value-add opportunities Education High School Diploma or GED required
