As our Production Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for scheduling, documentation, and communication between crews, suppliers, and clients. Your ability to stay organized, proactively solve problems, and maintain efficient project coordination will ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in project coordination, scheduling, or administrative roles (construction or roofing experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and project management tools is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project timelines, adjust for weather or crew availability, and ensure smooth transitions from start to finish.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring all paperwork is complete and organized.
  • Provide updates, answer questions, and ensure customers are informed throughout the process.
  • Work closely with installers, suppliers, and office staff to keep projects on track.
