This is not a junior coordinator role. The Production Coordinator exists to provide senior operational capacity across the department and reduce bottlenecks at the Production Lead level as client volume and production demands scale. You'll execute wherever the department needs support most — managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, solving operational issues, and ensuring production work continues moving efficiently across multiple projects and clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, operationally mature, and capable of making strong decisions independently in fast-moving environments.
