Description Position: UMR Production Coordinator Reports To: Production Manager General Description: Assist production staff and administration with factory operations Responsibilities: Cycle counting activities including researching variances and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence Coordinate purchasing and delivery schedules with vendors Receipt of shipments into ERP system Processing of non-conforming materials Processing of production orders Data entry tasks of production records Creation of work instructions and process documents Maintain records and documentation Continuous improvement projects and tasks as assigned Actively participate in stopping and correcting unsafe conditions and behaviors. Requirements Experience: Ability to work independently Must be able to work in a fast pace environment while maintaining quality and safety standards Sound communication skills and excellent problem-solving ability Possess skills required to improvise and adapt where needed Education:· High School Diploma or equivalency required.
