The Production Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring smooth execution of home improvement projects from contract signing through completion. This position supports field crews, project managers, and customers by coordinating schedules, materials, permits, and communication. The Production Coordinator ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with company standards for quality and customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Scheduling & Coordination * Communication * Documentation & Compliance * Operational Support QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in production coordination, project management, or operations (home improvement or construction preferred). * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Proficiency with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and project management tools. * Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and safety regulations is a plus.
