About BYD Auto Hungary On 22 December 2023, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged, Hungary, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base. BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic Lean engineer to our Production data analyst / Statistician. Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for calculating working hours for workshop products and employees, and entering the data into the system in a timely and accurate manner to ensure data accuracy and on-time reporting. Collect, organize, and analyze various types of workshop data; prepare production reports (such as daily production reports and cost reports for semi-finished and finished products); ensure data accuracy, identify issues, provide timely alerts, and support the timely handling and replenishment of defective products. Conduct inventory checks of production materials in the workshop to ensure adequate material availability. Provide translation, training, and other necessary support for the workshop. Complete other tasks assigned by management in a timely manner. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required: At least 1 year of relevant work experience, with familiarity in production and operations-related processes. Proficient in computer operation, with strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office software; familiar with SAP, WMS, and MES systems, with basic system operation and problem-solving capabilities. Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, a serious and responsible work attitude; good logical thinking, strong cost awareness, and high sensitivity to data. Proficient in English and Hungarian; fluency in Chinese is an advantage. International work environment; Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals from around the world.
