Description Responsible for accurate and timely execution of production transactions within the company's custom ERP/CRM software. This role supports production operations (3 shifts) by ensuring job creation, material tracking, and inventory data accurately reflect physical production activity. This position plays a key role in maintaining system integrity and data accuracy. Requirements Enter multiple departments' production data into ERP/CRM system Update & email daily spreadsheets Work closely with Customer Service Manager to create production jobs and assign material to the knitting production floor and maintain inventory accuracy Ensure accurate lot tracking and material consumption Identify and escalate transaction errors Education/Training Certifications: High School Diploma Related Experience: 1-3 years' experience in manufacturing, inventory control or data entry Knowledge/Skills Experience: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic to intermediate Excel skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Professional communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a manufacturing ERP system Familiarity with inventory management Core Competencies: Accuracy and consistency Accountability Professional conduct Problem-solving ability Organizational skills Performance Expectations: High production transaction accuracy Timely job creation and data entry Compliance with company procedures and audit standards
