Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of deli items, including sandwiches, salads, and other food products.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the preparation and serving process.
  • Supervise and manage team members to ensure efficient operations within the deli section.
  • Assist in training new staff on food preparation techniques and customer service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensure that the deli area is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items or specials based on seasonal ingredients.
