REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other core design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.).
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) and willingness to load content when needed.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates versatility across design styles and mediums.
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: hungry, curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating seamlessly with a distributed team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The Production Designer will support our team in executing creative across multiple formats, ensuring every deliverable is polished, on-brand, and impactful. You’ll balance technical execution with creative problem-solving, while also confidently interfacing with clients and internal teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and produce marketing assets across print, digital, web, and email.
  • Contribute to brand development and visual identity projects.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and strategists to bring concepts to life.
  • Prepare and adapt files for production and distribution across platforms.
  • Occasionally implement designs by uploading content into web or digital systems (CMS, email platforms, etc.).
  • Communicate with clients about your work, presenting design solutions with clarity and authority.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • Juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
