A vital group in this journey, is our Production Engineering team. They solve ad hoc problems, work cross-functionally to solve issues, analyze future challenges and they plan and execute how to take our production to the next level. SO, WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone with a drive and commitment, someone who loves to drive change and see the changes being implemented. You are a true team player, who enjoys working in cross-functional teams, both sharing your own knowledge and accepting others’ help and expertise. You understand and appreciate the LEAN-methods and are used to working in a production environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant Education (University or Vocational School (YH)) within production development
  • Experience working in production and projects
  • Used to working with, and writing documentation, instructions and alike.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
Responsibilities
  • Being a technical expert in our machines and tools.
  • Analyzing, optimizing and developing the way we work.
  • Participating in Projects regarding new product development
