POSITION OVERVIEW

The Global Production Director for Fever’s Scalable experiences is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the production of multiple small-scale live experiences while actively contributing to creative development and concept validation. This role ensures each project aligns with the creative vision, operational standards, and strategic objectives while meeting the operational standards needed for expansion. Acting as a bridge between creative teams, regional production teams, and executive stakeholders, the Global Producer drives the successful delivery of innovative, scalable live experiences across global markets.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 8–10 years in live entertainment production with a focus on creative involvement.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, creative evaluation, and project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Production, Fine Arts, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with global live entertainment markets, regional nuances, and emerging industry trends.
  • Other: Availability to travel internationally as required.
