POSITION OVERVIEW

The Global Production Director – Immersive Exhibitions & Kids Attractions will lead and advance the planning, execution, and operational excellence of immersive exhibitions and kids-focused attractions worldwide. This role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. The Production Director will oversee multidisciplinary teams, standardize best practices, and ensure consistent quality across diverse markets and formats.
You will be the key production authority for the vertical—setting quality benchmarks, streamlining processes, and ensuring a consistent, engaging, and safe audience experience across all geographies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of production leadership in Location Based Entertainment
  • Successful track record of production management of live events, immersive experiences, and/or permanent attractions.
  • Proven success managing multi-region projects from concept to delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of technical production, fabrication, installation, and safety compliance.
  • Experience in vendor negotiations, managing production budgets, and handling permitting, rules, and regulations.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with operational feasibility.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills; proven ability to mentor and motivate cross-cultural teams.
  • Strong network of vendors and venues.
  • Curious, with an appetite for learning and ability to pick up new skills quickly.
  • Able to communicate with various stakeholders, working collaboratively and willing to be hands-on.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure.
  • Professional fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work across time zones.
