OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Production & Distribution Manager (Food Manufacturing) to oversee our on-site food production, logistics and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products are delivered efficiently and safely while maintaining compliance with food safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of HACCP principles, food production processes.

DESCRIPTION:

We are The Naked Marshmallow Co., a proudly independent British brand specialising in handcrafted gourmet marshmallows and premium chocolate products. Since the inception of the brand more than 10 years ago, we have built a strong reputation for quality, creativity, and exceptional flavour.
We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to take on the role of Production & Distribution Manager, overseeing our marshmallow manufacturing facility and distribution warehouse based in Lincoln.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in a food production or FMCG environment, ideally within the confectionery sector or a similar manufacturing setting.
In-depth understanding of food safety standards, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in food manufacturing.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop team members.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Experience working towards or maintaining food safety accreditations such as SALSA and/or BRCGS is highly desirable.
