We currently have a full-time position available on our Customer Service Team as a Production/Route Driver. If you have a positive outlook, are outgoing, and exemplify superior customer service skills, please feel free to apply for the position.

Job Duties:

  • Checking in items
  • Operating machines
  • Assembling items
  • Folding/Hanging items
  • Ensure safety of yourself, fellow employees & customers by following company safe work practices & procedures.
  • Report any unsafe working conditions or equipment
  • Working with plant lead to ensure that daily work is completed
  • Machine maintenance cleaning schedule
  • Participating in morning meetings
  • Participate in safety incidents investigation
  • Participate with continuous improvement initiatives
  • Working with Plant Lead to document all procedures
  • Continuous Improvement of systems & processes (let’s get lean!)
  • Maintain a clean safe work area at all times
  • Stocking supplies as needed in areas
  • Read Soil slips for customers instructions
  • Updating customers accounts as needed
  • Following all safe work practices & use of PPE when and where needed
  • Other duties assigned
  • Spotting of garments
  • Repairing garments, adding labels as per customer’s request
  • Pressing of garments
  • Load truck safely and efficiently
  • Drive company vehicle along an assigned route and service an existing customer base
  • Pick up and delivery of assigned customer garments/items
  • Pro-actively coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Process incoming and outgoing items with attention to detail
  • Use computerized systems to track and record customer’s garments
  • Adherence to Health & Safety program
