• Execute repetitive tasks loading and unloading wood into machinery
• Visually grade lumber and blocks while operating machinery
• Monitor product quality during production, and report quality to supervisors
• Startup/Shutdown machinery according to operator specifications
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain wood processing machinery
• Contribute to the team and have a positive impact
