Description

Your tasks

Performing weighings of different materials (e.g. solids, liquids and oils) using weighing control software
Preparation, follow-up and execution of weighing processes, including subsequent cleaning of weighing areas and isolators
Creating and releasing weighing orders in the ERP system (inventory management system)
Material requests and material movements for the manufacturing area in the ERP system
Maintaining production-related documentation in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment
Inventory management of consumables
Support in creating and updating department-specific SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Preparation, follow-up, and execution of trial runs
Preparation of batches and sub-formulas

The position is limited to 2 years with the option of being hired permanently.

Your profile

Completed vocational training in the chemical-pharmaceutical or technical field (e.g., pharmaceutical technician, chemical technician, chemical laboratory technician) is desirable – but not a disqualifying factor for motivated career changers.
Professional experience in sterile manufacturing as well as sound knowledge of the relevant processes and GMP requirements (Good Manufacturing Practice)
Experience in using weighing control software
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, especially Word, Excel and Teams, as well as experience with ERP systems (inventory management systems)
Good GMP knowledge
Independent, structured and meticulous work style
High degree of reliability and accuracy in the execution of the assigned tasks
Ability to identify problems and optimization potential in the production environment at an early stage
Strong cooperation and communication skills
Teamwork skills
