Job Description

As part of the Ariane Group Production and Planning team, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Review of changes and the revised parts lists
  • Analyze change requests (TeamCenter) and quality notifications (SAP) and derive the necessary changes in the work plan
  • Evaluate the criticality of the required changes
  • Review the bill of materials (components and documents)
  • Review the workplace setup
  • Document the necessary changes
  • Implement the changes in the work plan
  • Update standard procedures to the latest state
  • Ensure the optimal sequence of process steps
  • Describe assembly steps
  • Describe inspection steps
  • Maintain material master data in SAP

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support the SAP change process and participate in Change Boards
  • Incorporate actions from waivers and quality notifications

Qualifications

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Planning or similar;
  • Several years of experience in the field of manufacturing/production, with Technical Documentation, Process Engineering, Risk Management;
  • Practical experience with SAP/R3, MS Office and experience/knowledge of SAP/PAS, Team Center, and CATIA/CAD;
  • Independent, solution-oriented, self-reliant, and goal-oriented working style and With the ability to integrate well into a team
  • Good communication skills to ensure the flow of information
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory;
