The facilities are in Agios Thomas, Voiotia and include scrap recycling processing unit, a melting and casting unit and melting and homogenizing furnaces with an annual production capacity of 100.000tons. We are looking for a motivated Production Engineer with a continuous improvement mindset to join our Production team. You will ensure that the production process meets the technical specifications and KPIs. Duties and responsibilities Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Contribute to production planning operations to meet production targets. Monitor and optimizing process parameters. Support troubleshooting in production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain and update production documentation, including work instructions and SOPs. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and preventive maintenance.
