Job Title: Production Engineer Reports to: Production Manager Responsibilities and duties: Plan activities in accordance with the priority of work set by the Line Manager. Make sure that all materials needed for production are available. Organize and maintain proper document control system for easy monitoring and tracking. Monitor the quality of the production at the workshop. Adopt a hands-on approach to all workshop activity, providing technical advice and training. Monitor and supervise workers at the workshop. Make sure that all areas in the workshop are kept tidy and neat. Coordinate with the concern in terms of Logistics, loading and off-loading. Report all activities to the Direct Line Manager Ensure a safe working environment. Accountabilities: To ensure smooth activities and production in the Workshop. Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any related course Experience in mechanical industry. Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 - 3 years with supervisory experience
