Description
We are looking for a passionate Manufacturing Engineer to help us support, scale and improve our production line. A person who thrives where things happen; solving real problems with practical engineering at a desk and on the factory floor. Responsibilities will be to solve production challenges, implement improvements and monitor in a structured way. This is usually related to tools, equipment, processes, or on a system level for improving yield, cost and process time. Your mindset should center around quality, standardization, critical thinking and continuous improvement. Important skills are technical knowledge of mechanical-, industrial- and manufacturing disciplines, precise and accurate documentation, effective communication, root cause analysis of complex technical solutions and quality frameworks.
