Being part of an expanding Team of Software and Hardware Developing for Industrialization of Top-Line Healthcare Monitors with a constant and reliable Production Process and continuous improvement acting to increase efficiency and efficacy in Production, handling the start-up of the Production of new Devices (NPI).
Keep up to date and coordinate implementation of the Processes Documentation to allow a smooth and efficient process after NPI Stage.
Collaborate with Industrialization Team for the Development and validation of Tooling, Equipment and Automated Machines to be introduced in the Production Lines.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Science or minimum 5 year equivalent technical experience in production engineering teams.
Responsibilities
  • Define, in collaboration with R&D, Industrial Management and Process Quality the Assembly sequences.
  • Manage, in collaboration with Process & Outgoing Quality and Project Leader, the operations activities during new product introduction phases
  • Develop industrial operations for manufacturing process.
  • Create and mantain process data in MES to ensure operations financial performance transparent and predictable in management system
  • Update Working Instructions and manage the Engineering Changes.
  • Find/Challange existing process wastes/weaknesses to pursue higher performance promoting process optimization with lean concepts.
  • Create and Manage the Software needed to produce Healthcare Monitors in collaboration with R&D Department.
  • Support in software and Production Processes validation..
  • Collaborate with Process Quality to manage pFMEA.
  • Collaborate with the Process and Outgoing Quality Department to monitor the trend of Production Lines Fall-Offs and implement the corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve process adding automations which are essential to step up in efficiency
