PRODUCTION ENGINEER

1.Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet project requirements and customer deadlines.
2.Monitor and evaluate production processes, identifying areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
3.Set production targets and drive the production team to achieve and exceed these goals.
4.Collaborate with the Procurement Department to ensure the availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment for production activities.
5.Ensure adherence to manufacturing standards, quality control procedures, and safety guidelines to achieve high-quality output.
6.Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring that they are followed consistently by all production staff.
7.Collaborate with other departments to optimize designs and address any production-related challenges early in the process.
8.Liaise with Project Managers to provide updates on production progress, address any concerns, and ensure project timelines are met.
9.Maintain accurate production records, including work orders, production reports, and inventory documentation.
Qualifications
Must have minimum of 5 years Joinery and Fit Out experience.
Must have knowledge in UAE project.
