We’re Hiring: Production Engineer / Cad Designer– Commercial Bus Division

What You’ll Do:

• Drive continuous improvement across all production lines, focusing on efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for bus assembly and component integration.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams to implement new model introductions and product changes.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead root cause analysis for production issues.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities meet industry regulations and customer expectations. What We’re Looking For:
• 1–7 years of experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment (bus, RV, truck, or automotive preferred).
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, process flow, and time studies.
• Experience with CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $72,800.00 per year
