We are seeking a young, energetic candidate with hands-on experience in HVAC duct fabrication and accessories. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of managing production activities within a ducting factory, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and lead a team. Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and their practical implementation in factory operations is essential. Requirements: Proven experience in HVAC duct fabrication and related accessories. Strong knowledge of production management in a ducting manufacturing environment. Ability to coordinate with customers, understand requirements, and ensure timely delivery. Skilled in team handling, supervision, and workforce allocation. Energetic, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Practical knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools and implementation (5S, Kaizen, waste reduction, process improvement, etc.).
