Join us to take your career journey to the next level! # ProudlyCCI Job Identification We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our Operations Department and support production performance, safety, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives.What We Expect Monitor production processes to ensure stable operation, compliance with standards, and achievement of daily KPIs. Support continuous improvement activities, including analysis of production losses, process bottlenecks, and equipment performance. Participate in implementation of lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, problem-solving, root-cause analysis). Prepare and maintain production documentation, reports, instructions, and operating procedures. Collaborate with Quality, Safety, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth and safe production operations. Monitor equipment condition and assist maintenance team with preventive measures and troubleshooting. Participate in production planning, material usage analysis, and optimization initiatives. Control compliance with occupational safety, quality standards, and environmental regulations in production areas. Support implementation of new technologies, equipment upgrades, and digital tools aimed at increasing production efficiency. Provide timely reporting, support audits, and ensure proper documentation flow.Qualifications University degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields. 3–5 years of experience in production/operations/technical roles (FMCG experience is a strong advantage). Strong understanding of production processes, equipment operation, safety and quality standards. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (OEE, 5S, CIP, problem-solving tools). Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage. English, Russian, and Uzbek languages required (written and spoken).
