POSITION OVERVIEW

The Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and quality in production operations. The role involves production planning, optimizing processes, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity while maintaining safety and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in production planning and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience with project management and CAD software.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and equipment maintenance standards.
