As we grow in operational scale, we offer an amazing opportunity to join our engineering team as a key member responsible for Cyera’s production stability and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain Cyera’s production channels and respond to alerts Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to production processes promptly Work closely with monitoring and alerting systems and take ownership of incident handling Learn the codebase and apply bug fixes where appropriate Monitor production performance metrics and implement measures to enhance overall system performance Become a technical expert and provide answers to questions from product stakeholders Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for production processes and configurations Occasionally be required to provide on-call for timely response to production issues outside of regular business hours Requirements Requirements: Background in NOC, Monitoring, or Production Support roles Hands-on experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident management systems Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills in production environments High technical orientation with a strong desire to grow into an engineering role Basic to strong programming or scripting skills (TypeScript / NodeJS – advantage) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple incidents simultaneously High level of proactiveness Strong motivation for learning and growth Advantage: Computer science degree or equivalent Proven experience in a QA, production engineering, or related role Solid understanding of production systems, networking, and infrastructure Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka) Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Location Requirements null
