Description Enercon Technologies is a leading company developing Power Supplies and Networking Products for military, civil aviation, and space applications . We are looking for a Production Engineer. The Production Engineer will be responsible for planning, improving, and implementing efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes in the company’s electronic production lines. The role involves working with multiple interfaces, performance analysis, solving technical issues, and leading continuous improvement projects. Responsibilities: Plan and implement new manufacturing processes for electronic products Improve existing processes to increase output, enhance quality, and reduce costs. Write work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation. Provide technical support to production lines, troubleshoot issues, and train employees. Collaborate with R&D, production, quality, procurement, and operations departments. Analyze production data and generate performance reports. Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma). Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Practical Electronics / Electrical Engineering or a related field • 2–5 years of experience as a Production Engineer, preferably in electronics/Electro-mechanics integrated systems • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, SMT and THT electronic assemblies combined with mechanical parts • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Priority or SAP • Experience in PLM systems preferably AGILE • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel word • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and process leadership • High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English (reading, writing, speaking) Advantages: • Experience working with IPC / ISO standards • Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies • Experience working with subcontractors in Israel and abroad • Knowledge in designing fixtures and tools for production Personal Attributes: • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
