Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the production line and manage the production team.
  • Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Ensure production targets and quality standards are met while minimizing costs.
  • Implement and maintain safety standards and promote a safe working environment.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor the performance of equipment and suggest upgrades or maintenance as needed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, and quality assurance.
  • Manage production inventory and ensure materials are available for timely production.
  • Lead and train production staff, including organizing schedules and conducting performance reviews.
  • Maintain production records and reports, providing updates to management.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in production management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality control.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
