Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the production line and manage the production team.
- Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met while minimizing costs.
- Implement and maintain safety standards and promote a safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor the performance of equipment and suggest upgrades or maintenance as needed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, and quality assurance.
- Manage production inventory and ensure materials are available for timely production.
- Lead and train production staff, including organizing schedules and conducting performance reviews.
- Maintain production records and reports, providing updates to management.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality control.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
