QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in fabrication/production.
Hands-on knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, cutting, and assembly.
Familiarity with AutoCAD/SolidWorks is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated Production Engineer (Fabrication) to join our team in Sharjah. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily fabrication operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and adherence to project deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, coordinate, and supervise fabrication activities in line with production schedules.
Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy in fabrication.
Monitor production processes and implement improvements for efficiency.
Coordinate with design, quality, and procurement teams to meet project requirements.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Maintain adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on production output and performance.
Troubleshoot fabrication and production-related issues to minimize downtime.
