JOB HIGHLIGHTS

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (5.5 days)
• Salary Range: S$3,000 – S$4,500/month (commensurate with experience)

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ industrial, production, or fabrication experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong interest and relevant qualifications are welcome (training provided)
• Knowledge of QA/QC processes, welding, or fabrication management is an advantage
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Independent, proactive, and collaborative team player

ABOUT THE ROLE

The company is seeking for a Production Engineer - Fabrication to manage fabrication and QA/QC processes, coordinate projects, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. This role is open to both experienced engineers and entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications who are eager to build a career in fabrication, production, and QA/QC engineering.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise skid and piping fabrication activities in the factory
• Develop and monitor fabrication schedules to meet project timelines
• Conduct QA/QC inspections, including materials, dimensional checks, welding MPI, torque checks, and final verification
• Ensure all products meet quality standards before dispatch
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve delivery targets
• Raise PRFs as per BOM for timely material procurement
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and productivity within the factory
