JOB HIGHLIGHTS

• Office Location : Woodlands Industrial Park, Singapore (work islandwide)

• Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (5.5 days)
• Salary Range : S$3,000 – S$4,500/month (commensurate with experience)

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related engineering discipline
• At least 3 years’ industrial/production/fabrication experience preferred; entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications and strong interest in fabrication engineering are welcome (training provided)
• Strong communication, problem-solving & multitasking skills
• Independent, proactive & a collaborative team player
• Knowledge of QA/QC processes, welding, or fabrication management is an advantage

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a Fabrication Engineer to manage fabrication processes, oversee quality assurance, and coordinate projects to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. This role is open to both experienced engineers and entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications who are eager to build their careers in fabrication, production, and QA/QC engineering.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise skid and piping fabrication activities within the factory
• Develop and monitor fabrication schedules aligned with project timelines
• Support QA/QC inspections (materials, dimensional checks, welding MPI, torque checks, final verification)
• Ensure all products meet quality standards before dispatch
• Collaborate with internal project teams, subcontractors & clients to meet delivery targets
• Raise PRF as per BOM to ensure timely procurement of materials
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and productivity in the factory
