Potts Partnership is a rapidly growing family business, producing an extensive range of sauces, gravies, stocks and condiments. We are currently working on increasing and maximising our production capacity.
We are looking for a qualified engineer preferably with experience within the food industry due to the standards of hygiene required onsite when it comes to engineering.
Machinery includes cooking pans, depositors, capping machinery, canning machinery, pouch and sachet machinery, labelling machinery and metal detectors. As well as creating and implementing a PPM programme and fixing equipment when there are issues, we require someone to look at increasing the running speeds and working with Factory Manager and Production manager on improving equipment lay out.
The successful candidate will be required to work with the Technical Department to ensure machinery meets BRC standards and doesn’t pose a risk of contamination to the product. There is a requirement to work with the Technical department to ensure that technical requirement can be followed and to implement new procedures where required.
