Location: Algyő or Füzesgyarmat or Nagykanizsa WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE In this role, you will provide engineering support to production units operating complex surface facilities. You will contribute to the long‑term, safe, and optimal operation of production systems by analyzing processes, preparing development concepts, and supporting decision‑making for Production management. Your responsibilities will depend on your engineering background, allowing you to grow deep expertise in your chosen field while gaining a broader understanding of production operations. 🛢️ As an Oil / Production Engineer Gain an overview of production regions and surface facilities Review technical and personal safety measures and support compliance with regulations Analyze challenges related to aging production technologies, pipelines, and integrity management (e.g. corrosion) Identify short‑ and long‑term optimization opportunities in existing production technologies Assess operational and maintenance practices Support the development of engineering concepts, technical requirements, and data inputs for surface facilities Follow domestic and international oil & gas developments and share knowledge within the organization ⚡ As an Electrical Engineer Propose technical solutions for challenges in electrical power supply systems and equipment selection at MOL Group production facilities Support the preparation of electrical specifications and tasks during conceptual design, feasibility studies, and tender evaluations Provide expert support for contractor documentation Participate in supplier audits, factory acceptance tests (FAT), and key technical studies for investment projects Support the development of safe and optimized electrical systems by identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities ⚙️ As a Mechanical Engineer Propose technical solutions for challenges in mechanical systems and equipment selection at MOL Group production facilities Support the preparation of mechanical specifications and tasks during conceptual design, feasibility studies, and tender evaluations Provide expert support for contractor documentation Participate in supplier audits, factory acceptance tests (FAT), and key technical studies for mechanical investment projects Contribute to the development of safe and efficient mechanical systems through optimization and bottleneck analysis WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND: 👍 Your Background: BSc or MSc degree in Oil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field 👍Your Personality: Analytical thinking, openness to learning, and interest in complex production systems 👍 Team Player: Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders while taking ownership of tasks 👍 Language Skills: Intermediate level of English 👍 Tech Savvy: Confident, user-level knowledge of MS Excel and Word WHY JOIN MOL GROUP? 📈 Personal Growth: No matter which field you're from we give you the right direction to go.
