POSITION OVERVIEW

The Production Engineer will optimize manufacturing processes and product flow, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and top-quality product output. To align with our vision, you will work closely with and report to the Operations Manager. This role plays a key part in advancing HeatMaster’s growth and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
  • Proven expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
