POSITION OVERVIEW

The Production Engineer will optimize manufacturing processes and product flow, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and top-quality product output. To align with our vision, you will work closely with and report to the Operations Manager. This role plays a key part in advancing HeatMaster’s growth and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Proven expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

• Optimize Production Workflows: Identify and resolve bottlenecks, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.
• Improve Product Quality: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase consistency.
• Enhance Product Flow: Redesign production layouts and methods for new and expanding product lines.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Solve equipment and process challenges with practical, hands-on solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure manufacturability and product quality.
• Cost & Safety Leadership: Drive cost savings while ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards.
