About the Role
On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for a Production Engineer to support their quality management system, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and airworthiness standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, regulatory, and airworthiness standards.
• Plan, conduct, and report on internal and external audits, driving closure of nonconformities.
• Investigate quality issues, validate corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote high standards of safety, professionalism, and compliance across the workplace.

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• Engineering apprenticeship or; HNC/HND in an engineering discipline (or equivalent). Willingness to obtain further relevant company or external qualifications.
• Hands-on experience in the aircraft maintenance environment; involvement in project teams as both leader and member; proven experience in at least one EQS specialty area.
• Working knowledge of company processes, procedures, regulatory requirements, safety, and quality management systems; familiarity with company authorisations and approvals systems; health and safety awareness.

Desirable:

• Additional engineering qualifications (e.g., BEng/BSc in an engineering discipline)
• Experience in aviation quality systems
