We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our Hyvinkää Component factory. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the continuous and efficient production of our high-quality crane components. As our Production Engineer, you will work closely with production and all the main stakeholders, such as procurement, engineering and order management. You are the main link between Engineering and shop floor.
Responsibilities:
- Work planning and production support
- Collaborating with the production and engineering teams to develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes.
- Assessing and improving production methods to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the production environment
- Solve production problems and provide technical support to ensure seamless operations.
