JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead mechanical concept development, design, and preparation of technical drawings.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to define specifications, support design, prototyping, and fabrication.
• Liaise with suppliers and fabricators to deliver required solutions on time and within scope.
• Plan and coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower to execute job orders effectively.
• Oversee production plan execution, troubleshooting issues promptly to avoid delays
• Analyze order backlogs and forecasts to optimize production schedules and priorities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and instrumentation.
• Familiarity with fabrication methods (e.g. CNC machining, 3D printing) and materials
• Hands-on, resourceful, and proactive, with strong creativity and problem-solving abilities.
